This way of eating completely changed my life

I was a registered dietitian at the time my health was at its worst. I had a master’s degree in nutrition, yet I was exhausted, covered in acne and psoriasis, struggling with hair loss and constantly second-guessing my food.

When I began exploring functional medicine, ancestral eating habits, metabolism, and how the body actually digests food, everything shifted. I completely changed the way I was eating and the results were life-changing.

Is this a specific diet like low-carb, keto, or animal-based?

No, this isn’t about adhering to a certain diet or set of rules. It’s about focusing on the quality of your food and getting back to the simple, natural foods our bodies thrive on. I’ll guide you through anti-inflammatory eating by removing common culprits like gluten, dairy, seed oils, and processed foods. Then I’ll show you how to reintroduce them in a healthy way so you can learn what works for your body (because everyone is different). You’ll walk away with the confidence to know exactly which foods give you energy and which don’t serve you.

Is this suitable for dietary requirements (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan)?

Yes the plan is naturally gluten-free and dairy-free friendly. I’ll also teach you how to reintroduce good-quality dairy and gluten in a healthy way, so you have more flexibility long term ( if you want to).

However, this program isn’t suitable for vegetarians or vegans. The meal plans lean heavily on animal-based proteins because they are deeply nourishing for women’s bodies and hormones, and I encourage this way of eating to support long-term energy and vitality.
